Two ways to reach us.

Both addresses are monitored. Choosing the closer one simply helps route your message by topic.

    Project and engineering inquiries

For work across product and software engineering, AI, cloud and platform engineering, DevOps and SRE, cybersecurity, architecture, reliability and operations — whether that is a single capability or the full lifecycle.

First message

What helps most in a first message.

None of this is required, and a short message is welcome. It simply tends to make the first reply more useful than a request for details.

  • The problem, not the solution. What is not working, or what needs to exist, is more useful than a proposed implementation.
  • Where the system is today. An idea, an existing platform, or something already in production — each starts in a different place.
  • What good looks like. The outcome that would make the work worthwhile, however roughly stated.
  • Any constraints that are real. Timing, environment or dependencies that genuinely shape the options.
