This notice explains how the SIATRIX corporate website handles information, and what happens if you choose to email an address published on it. It covers this website and those email routes rather than SIATRIX's wider business operations.
Overview
The SIATRIX corporate website is intentionally minimal in the personal information it handles. It currently provides informational content and does not offer user accounts, public forms, payment processing, newsletter signup or marketing analytics. There is nothing on this site designed to build a profile of you.
If the website's functionality or data handling changes, this notice will be updated accordingly.
Information the site does not intentionally collect
The website currently has no mechanism to collect any of the following:
- Account, profile or authentication data — there is no account system.
- Form submissions — there is no contact form or other public form.
- Marketing or behavioural analytics, advertising tracking or session replay.
- Payment or billing information — nothing is sold through this site.
- Newsletter or mailing-list data — there is no signup.
Contacting SIATRIX by email
This website publishes SIATRIX email addresses as ordinary mail links — on thecontact page, and on the security page for reporting a suspected vulnerability. Selecting one opens your own email application.Nothing is submitted through this website: there is still no contact form, no submission endpoint, and no message stored by the site.
If you choose to send an email, it arrives in a SIATRIX business mailbox rather than on this website. That mailbox receives what you chose to send — the address you send from, the content of your message, anything you attach, and the routine metadata an email carries, such as its subject and the time it was sent. SIATRIX uses that information to understand your inquiry and respond to it.
That is an ordinary email exchange rather than a website feature. Emailing SIATRIX is not required to read anything published here, and this website does not track whether you do.
Technical information processed to deliver the site
Delivering any website over the internet involves some routine technical information. Service providers used to deliver and protect the website may process routine technical request information such as IP address, request time, requested resource, browser information or similar HTTP metadata.
This is ordinary infrastructure behaviour rather than SIATRIX analytics, and it is not used to build a profile of you.
Cookies
The SIATRIX website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies and does not currently set application cookies of its own. The site therefore does not currently include a cookie consent banner.
Browsers and network infrastructure can store technical values of their own in the course of serving requests, which is outside what this site controls. If future functionality introduces data handling that requires a consent mechanism, that mechanism and this notice will be updated accordingly.
Links to other sites
Where this site links to a page outside siatrix.com, that destination is governed by its own privacy practices rather than this notice. SIATRIX does not control how third-party sites handle information.
Future changes to this notice
Features such as a web contact form or other in-page submission, analytics, user accounts or integration with a SIATRIX application would change what information this website handles. This notice will be updated alongside any such change.
Applicable privacy requirements are reviewed as the website's functionality and data handling evolve.
